Mr. Redoglia began his career in energy as an analyst in the Refining and Marketing Group at Tosco Corporation in 1980 and then as an energy specialist with the London-based broker dealer; Agra, Gill & Duffus. In 1985, Mr. Redoglia began his over 16 year tenure as a Senior Vice President with Merrill Lynch. For a majority of those years the Institutional Energy Desk at Merrill Lynch was ranked number one as measured by cleared contracts on NYMEX futures and options. Merrill Lynch operations sold to ABN AMRO in July 2000, and Mr. Redoglia worked as Co-Managing Director in charge of reorganizing London operations. This career track put Mr. Redoglia at the inception of every major energy contract developed going back to the NYMEX WTI, IPE Brent and even the failed LLS CBOT contract. This allowed Mr. Redoglia to be able participate in how the industry dealt with these new risk products and be part of the discussion how they could be utilized as a means to manage risk.

For the past 11 years, Mr. Redoglia has served as director with Global Energy Horizons to assist energy and natural resource companies with commercializing new technologies.

Mr. Redoglia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University Of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Del Vecchio is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Matrix Global Holdings, a subsidiary of Lone Star Capital and the parent company of Matrix Markets, LLC. He brings 30 years of experience in senior-level operations and commercial exposure to MGH. Mr. Del Vecchio began his career with Northeast Petroleum, a division of Cargill, in their terminal storage and logistics group. He left that position for a 16+ year stint at BP, starting as a Crude and Refined Products Operator. He took on several significant challenges during his tenure. He was a key player in the start up of the Mars Oil Pipeline system. He developed the Offtake procedures for BP’s Cusiana crude oil production in Colombia and managed the resulting portfolio. He oversaw the startup of BP’s Gulf of Mexico Southern Green Canyon crude oil production. He had a lead role in the design and implementation of multiple logistics and exposure tracking systems. Prior to joining Matrix, Mr. Del Vecchio served as Manager of Business Development and Crude Operations at BioUrja Trading LLC. Mr. Del Vecchio has also held positions as Operations Team Leader at PetroChina International America, Inc. and in operations positions at Saracen Energy, Musket Corporation, and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Del Vecchio holds industry training certifications in Advanced Freight Modeling and Trading, Gasoline Blending in Refineries, First-Level Leadership and Principles of Supervision.

Vince Marino is CFO and Managing Director of Matrix Global Holdings. Prior to joining Matrix, he was the global CFO of the Tavistock Group, an international private investment firm with over $8 billion under management. While with Tavistock he was a member of the firm’s executive committee, investment committee and Chairman of the operations and portfolio management committee. Mr. Marino was responsible for overseeing and managing financial reporting, provided portfolio management functions and served on multiple boards for Tavistock’s North American assets and operating companies, as well as select international assets.

Prior to Tavistock, Mr. Marino was a director with Navigant Consulting, a publicly traded global management consulting firm. The scope of Mr. Marino’s consulting practice included corporate operational reviews and M&A advising.  Mr. Marino covered Fortune 500 companies in Financial Services and Technology, Media and Telecom.  He began his career with Matson, Driscoll & Damico.

Ms. Harford has more than 15 years of experience providing legal counsel to publicly and privately held companies, with a concentration on the financial services industry. Prior to joining Matrix Markets, Ms. Harford served as Deputy General Counsel of INTL FCStone Inc., a global Fortune 500 financial services company that provides customers with execution, clearing and advisory services in commodities, capital markets, and other financial services. Ms. Harford began her career at Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on securities regulation and litigation, corporate governance, and corporate transactions.

Ms. Harford received her Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
